Hey Guys first off sorry for the scarcity of submission here in NG for i have been working on our first vocaloid EP with Lyrics from Morbid-Morsel or Morb for short and featuring the vocaloid Oliver and will be uploaded in Bandcamp with a price of "i have not yet decided" the EP will contain 6 tracks of pure Oliver... (every female/possibly male shotacon's fantasy....)  yeah..... the first 3 tracks are free to download here. of course these 3 tracks will be remastered in the bandcamp release removing certain elements, making sure the track isnt peaking above 0db, and fixing some pronounciation and grammar issues and tuning. Im currently working on the last and final track hopefully i can release it somewhere late June

Anyway Morbid, who has an NG account but wont tell me... has already finished the cover so im just gonna leak/share it here and yes that is the vocaloids avatar. its a pubescent cyclops.... ehehehe..... yeah dont get me wrong im not into choir boys.. morb wouldnt write for me unless i got and use oliver.... at first i thought it was money down the drain.. but then people seem to react to my works positively with oliver and even pledge they will buy an album/a single from me and that makes me happy :D

Ahhhh NGADM well honestly i was a bit reluctant to join cos last year NGADM i had a bad fever in the final round probably from staying up late.. until 5 am, which lowers your resistance btw, and then going to rehearsals in the morning for coming gigs and events..... in other words 2 weeks was just too short for me at least im not one that would cough up a track in a week unless "its a short loop".... 2 weeks its a real deathmatch..

So i thought if im going to join. im going to need to team up with someone.. and i did guess who? probably obvious... so despite what i said about being reluctant and having fever and whatnot im going to try and have fun in the NGADM this year now all we need is an audition track..

OH BTW have you guys seen the 2nd trailer of Harmony of Heroes if not then click this link to see epicness

Well im listening to some of the tracks some are great and really stands out

although im seeing alot of scenery art..which i felt was somewhat an easy way-out... but who am i to complain

anyway....

i was expecting some artists to be in the contest but it seems only a few of them submitted and one became a judge but nonetheless i have heard 5, not 4 but 5 (in respect for eris) awesome tracks that i really enjoy of which i will share after the competition and hopefully give a nice review but i think i already gave one of them a short review..

Interesting header for a vocaloid related news post huh? anyways before that have you guys check out the A.i.M. contest? no then head over the audio forums and check out what's what.

Anyway so why maggots in my stomach well its because of this vocaloid producer called Masa and his series of songs called Onibi Series. so whats it about? well not much its just Gore, Cannibalism, Perverse Rituals, Demons, Gods, Decapitations, and (Suggested) Necrophilia.

so who is Masa? well he is a very underrated (according to fans) composer in the vocaloid scene. (not to be mistaken for the 90 year old vocaloid producer who is also called masa) most of his works revovles on horrific and gory stories. his music ranges from rock to traditional japanese music with a hardstyle feel. he also has a unique style in tuning his vocaloids (Gumi and Miku). Masa tunes them in the manner of a traditional japanese folk singer and at times he tunes them as if they are chanting/reciting a mantra. which i find can be very unsettling

His music from the Onibi series is very jarring to the first listener and it has a very evil ritual feel probably because of those shamizen mixed with some heavy kick and those ringing bells sounds but somehow its addictive to some and unfortunately im one of the few who got hooked on Masa's Song.

Masa is also one of the few who does his own video and artwork. personally i like the way he draws (in his latter videos)

so here is the part where i show you guys some of his work that i personally like from his onibi series

The Fox's Wedding - ahhh though not really my favorite but this is masa's most popular song and this is the perfect example of the chant-like singing. "I want to eat you, I want to eat you, I so want to eat you."

The Spider and the Lion-like Kitsune - i hate and love this song.. this is his most graphic song. cos of this i cant eat callos (ox tripe) properly anymore and this gives me maggots in my stomach. also tongue penis                          "I understand the destined fate of cannibalism"

The Clear Demonic Mirror - yeah the art is not so good and almost funny but it when it comes to that kagome kagome part.. not so funny anymore especially when youre alone making news post at 2 am in the darl. funny at first unsettling in the long run "Demon princess, this is the request of a lifetime."

Death Misfortune and the Amanojaku - "decapitated coronation of the heavens executed by fellatio"... enough said

My Seventh Celebration - one of his more easy listening pieces and catchy too "In the end, I promise the love of a sister."

Your Heat and I Become One - my number one favorite from him its also the sequel of my seventh celebration. ahhh the sweet necophillic love between two sisters... might go see a psychiatrist

Star Lily Dance Performance Capital - Nightmare Detox. Masa's attempt to cater for the KAWAII-DESU listeners. its not translated yet but i think this is a "what if story"

so these are some of my favorite works from masa. he has alot more songs in the onibi series.. some of them can induce headaches and maggots in your stomach but he also does rock although its not my cup of tea.

check out masa's youtube channel and check out other songs here

well hope you guys like masa. happy lent and remember to extol the gods/god or else

Welly well well well well...... so a guy named silentrinity who is now a good acquaintance of mine uploaded our song in nico nico douga and well this happened

this is indeed good for me and morbid-morsel

Overseas VOCALOID Ranking -2013 2nd half

we got RANK 28 out of 40 with Twaddles of a flue faker. according to the board with 1351 points... how i wish this was cash......... lolz its not that big of a deal when you look at it but this is a good start for me (as vocaloid producer) and morbid-morsel considering that this is our first song.. truly this is a sign from our beloved goddess ERIS!! we shall eat bunless hotdogs next friday

im really happy but im really questioning the songs that took the top ten some of them... are something that non-vocaloid listeners would not appreciate... i guess this whole niconico ranking thing is a popularity thing as well nd im wondering why is silentrinity credited...... meh still a good start for us

and im also  HAPPY to know that non vocaloid listeners actually enjoys my vocaloids songs thats something too i guess ahehe thank you very much everyone :)

HEY GUYS

4059251_138821779962_InstrumentWallpaper.png

So i offered to do some demos (it took me by surpise that he accepted)

for Central Composers Cinematic Rhythm

and i gotta say i really like it. especially the Percussion Kits, FX and Hits

its great for cinematic pieces espiecially in the Dark Futuristic Setting or whatever it is your imagination

presents before you.

anyway here is my first demo (a rather long one). i decided to do something cinematic and note that i rarely compose cinematic pieces... so some helpful tips and reviews will be appreciated

demo 2 is here

still figuring out this VST as i am really serious on adding this to my arsenal.

well I JUST GOT SUPPORTER UPGRADE! and i gotta say newgrounds looks nice

anyway.. tommorow is xmas eve.. and honestly im not so much a fan of xmas (i like the gift giving part but not so much the hours and hours of church,tone-deaf carolers and crowded groceries...) but despite this i decided to arrange 1 out of 2 favorite xmas song of mine which is carol of the bells (second one is do they know its christmas time). i was inspired by street musicians and orphans tears.. lolz honestly i just wanted to be the counter current of this joyous holiday and decided to make a sad arrangement, the saddest arrangement you'll hear (probably)

i wanted a broken accordion, chains, rusty cymbals and a bucket! and a voice trying to be heard in the unforgiving blizzards of XMAS. so i made sure to make Oliver sound like he is singing outside a cold dark street.

here is the video

but seriosly though guys merry xmas and best wishes your best acquaintance +Steam+
